Planting our first vegetables
PLANTS & VEGETABLES 2021
We constructed 3 grow beds by using some of the salvaged wood. We filled them with different layers of organic materials such as; charcoal, and some compost soil harvested from underneath the banana trees.
In went our seedlings of lettuce, kale, tomatoes, arugula, onions, cucumbers, peppers, carrots, zucchini & cauliflower. A few of the bigger plants were transported from the garden we had in Mindo. It was a wonderful day!
