DRIED FRUIT!

We bought a DEHYDRATOR and dried our first fruits!

We decided to try pineapple, bananas, and melon! The bananas came from the Finca, but we bought the pineapple and the melon. We dried the fruit at 70'C for roughly 5 hours. We prefer our dried fruit, not too dry and a bit chewier. After our 1st experiment we came to the conclusion that we love the pineapple and the banana, but the melon not so much.
